spacious apartment sea view good staff dusty furniture dark interior uncleaned terraces
the apartment was spacious and included two balconies i liked the seaview it had the staff provided good service the wifi worked well
i found the terraces weren't cleaned well before arrival the outside furniture was dusty the floors also had dust i thought the inside was a bit dark too

short hot water tiny insects
the hot water situation was a nightmare. it barely lasted ten minutes in the shower. i actually caught a cold because of it! the front desk was not available after hours, a big problem. also, i noticed some tiny insects on the chairs, a disgusting detail.

modern apartment equipped kitchen sea view
the apartment was modern. it included a well-equipped kitchen (i used it a lot!). my terrace had partial sea views.
The bar service was unprofessional. Card payments started only from 10 euros.

Wonderful Stay
fine view friendly staff
The apartment was on two levels with two bathrooms. A fine view of Los Gigantes could be seen from the front and rear balconies. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. There was a really cool little secret library. As soon as I arrived, there was a relaxed vibe.
The hot water wasn't sufficient for even a short shower which upset me. I even caught a cold because of this issue. The water got cooler. I could not enjoy a comfortable shower time.

The apartment complex provided a beautiful view of Los Gigantes, the Ocean, and La Gomera. A calm beach was nearby? Playa de Santiago is easily accessible and is perfect for a relaxing day by the sea.

The bar and restaurant near the pool were very convenient, providing good beer options. There were several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was easy to find dining options. A new chef created good food.

great location well kept pool area excellent facilities
i found the location to be great. the pool area was well-kept. the bar and restaurant facilities were excellent too (i especially liked the cocktails!).
i have nothing to complain about.

mixed experience with some issues
hot water issue noticeable noise
the pool was decent (i spent most of my time there).
the hot water was barely enough for a five-minute shower. the temperature fluctuated a lot, and it was very annoying. i found small insects in the kitchen area. also, the noise from nearby apartments was noticeable, especially early in the morning. (not very relaxing)
