I had a lovely week at the resort, enjoying its serene atmosphere and stunning views of Los Gigantes. The staff were generally helpful, and my apartment was beautifully updated. However, the reliability of the Wi-Fi could be improved, and my dining experience at the restaurant left much to be desired due to the limited offerings near the bar.
We had a decent stay overall, thanks to the spacious apartments with great balconies and well-equipped kitchens. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt welcomed. However, the inconsistency in enforcing pool rules and the presence of rowdy guests occasionally disrupted the atmosphere. Additionally, some issues with the dining experience and outdated facilities could be improved.
My stay at Las Rosas was wonderful, thanks to the breathtaking views of Los Gigantes and the friendly atmosphere. The resort is impeccably clean, and the staff consistently made me feel welcome. However, the steep hills can be a bit challenging, especially for those with mobility issues, but taxis are an affordable option. The dining options at the on-site restaurant were satisfactory but lacked variety. Overall, I found this resort to offer great value for a relaxing getaway.
During my stay at Ona Las Rosas, I was impressed by the stunning views of Los Gigantes cliffs, which made my time there truly special. The apartment was well-furnished and exactly as pictured, making it comfortable to relax in. However, I found the absence of air conditioning in the upper living room quite uncomfortable during the day. The restaurant on-site offered delicious food, but the Wi-Fi comes at an additional cost, which was a bit of a letdown.
Our stay at the resort was overall fantastic! The peaceful ambiance and stunning views truly enhanced our experience. The accommodation was spacious and well-equipped, making it great for relaxation. However, we did notice that while the restaurant served good food, it could improve on variety in the menu. The amenities were top-notch, but Wi-Fi access should be included for a more convenient experience.
